If you have guests who would prefer a different meat, or you want to provide a second meat choice for a large event, you can choose from several equally mouth-watering alternatives to our signature hog roasts, including sirloin of beef, whole spit roast chickens, and succulent spring lamb. We also offer our own gourmet BBQ range featuring our handmade sausages and burgers for a more informal feast, a southern style menu with sizzling and succulent meats and a selection of flavoursome and fiery sauces and dips.

We will efficiently deal with any leftover food after the event as well as removing rubbish from the site and disposing of or recycling all waste accordingly.
