Last month, we helped Dean celebrate his promotion to Manager at a local company. Dean had decided to throw a private party, inviting all of his friends, family and colleagues to enjoy a night of fun and good food. And that is exactly what they did! Our team arrived and set up gazebos in Dean’s garden for our chef to serve and roast under.
Our expert chef was requested to prepare our classic Hog Roast menu. Dean and his guests were treated to a classic slow roasted free-range pig, served with freshly made apple sauce and homemade sage and onion stuffing. Our chef also professionally prepared and presented some pork crackling and a selection of bread rolls and wraps. Not forgetting his vegetarian friends dean made sure they were catered for with his choice of grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers. All served alongside a seasonal mixed salad, homemade gourmet coleslaw, tomato and mozzarella salad and an addition of a mixture of fries and sweet potato fries. Leaving no guest unhappy or hungry!
