With the August bank holiday weekend officially spelling the end of summer, the Hog Roast Stokesley team have a busy and varied summer of outdoor event catering to look back on. We may have had a pretty soggy summer all round, but we have made sure that the weather didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits at events we have catered for over the past few months!
Come rain or shine (mainly the former this year!) we have been travelling all over the local area to rustle up fantastic hog roast feasts for all sorts of events. Our summer schedule was as hectic as ever with local festivals, outdoor shows, concerts and sporting events. Not to mention all the private parties, corporate hospitality and romantic summer weddings we’ve had the privilege of catering for.
Despite the odd downpour, our diners were never downcast when they tried our food! We are equipped to cater in all settings and weather conditions, and we have our trusty catering gazebo to prepare and serve the food under if the weather isn’t on our side. Our extensive experience of outdoor event catering makes us prepared for anything, and we can handle even the most challenging onsite logistics when we are catering for events without it ever affecting the quality of our food or our ability to prepare a wide range of menu items from scratch.
We have prepared countless classic hog roasts, BBQ menus, our popular Southern style menu, Mediterranean party platters and plenty of bountiful buffets for our clients over the summer period for hundreds of people in all manner of outdoor locations, from doing mass catering in the middle of fields to providing chic contemporary menus for special occasions inside elegant marquees.
Whilst we have had a great summer, the Hog Roast Stokesley team aren’t ones to rest on our laurels. We are now looking ahead to the autumn and winter months, and we already have our diaries crammed full of exciting events that we are catering for.
