When you turn 21, you have a great excuse to party and celebrate with friends and family. Whether you are planning on enjoying a night out with friends, a formal dinner, or something in between, Hog Roast Leyburn is sure to have a menu that is perfect for the occasion!
Earlier this year, Hog Roast Leyburn was contacted to provide catering for a 21st birthday party taking place this September. Holly and Freya are cousins who were born within a week of each other, so they have often had joint celebrations throughout childhood. For their 21st birthday, they wanted to host a nostalgic birthday party, with a ‘noughties’ theme. A DJ has been hired for the event and will play the best music from the 00s, as well as a fun dress code for the family and friends to follow. Additionally, Hog Roast Leyburn will cater to the occasion with a delicious buffet menu. For the catering, our manager Richard will be serving a gourmet BBQ menu, which is sure to go down a treat!
On the day day of the party, the Hog Roast Leyburn team arrived at the venue in the afternoon and began to prepare for the 8:00pm serving time. We started by barbequing the main dishes, including succulent pork sausages, veggie sausages, juicy British beef burgers, marinated chicken kebabs, BBQ spareribs, and halloumi and vegetable skewers. The mains were served in fresh bread rolls or a gluten-free alternative. The guests could also enjoy a selection of side dishes, with homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, corn cobettes, and a variety of fresh salad dishes all on offer. Overall, the party was a lot of fun and it was great to see the birthday girls enjoying a great night with their guests. Our catering had something for everyone to enjoy and was definitely a great addition to the event.
